Thanks to @frogpond I learned about the video. Sounds so familiar to my work in consulting where I seldom give solutions. It is the people themselves who have the solutions within them. Good questions mostly lead to sustainable actions as the people with problems (whether processes, personal issues, or else) see the solution as their own and own the outcome: it is all about pride!
