    Stephan, thanks for this gem. I’m a firm believer of honing cross-cultural competencies as it shows a willingness to learn from others and a need to be humble in the face of such diversity. Diversity, when managed well, breeds synergy.

    The Future Work Skills 2020 is an awesome actionable map. I would eventually love to learn more about Virtual Collaboration too.
